Are NIXX e-cigarettes 100% safe?
Just like all tobacco products, e-cigarettes are not without risks. However, they are relatively safe when compared to other alternatives. A series of studies show that e-cigarettes also emit harmful substances, but the harmful substances are reduced by 95% when compared with traditional combustible cigarettes. Thus, NIXX e-cigarettes are less harmful to individuals than cigarettes.
What is the difference between “big smoke” and “small smoke”?
Big smoke and small smoke are composed of atomizers, batteries, and e-liquid/juice. The biggest difference is in appearance, heating power, and nicotine content. The heat of large smoke is between 200 and 500 degrees, and the degree of e-liquid resolution is different. Therefore, the small cigarette is between 100 and 200, and the relative taste is more delicate. In our products, we utilize nicotine salt, which is stronger in the throat, and lower in nicotine content.
Can I use other charging cables to charge my NIXX Device?
We recommend only using the original charging cable with your NIXX device. If you want to use other cables, please make sure that the output voltage and current of the charger are suitable for your device, otherwise it may cause damage that is not covered by our Warranty Policy.
How do I refill my NIXX Device?
First, you need to remove the current Pod loaded in your device, by grabbing the Device and Pod separately, and pulling them apart. You can now dispose of this empty Pod.
Next, open a brand new Pod. Our devices will only work with official NIXX Pods, and will not be compatible with counterfeit capsules.
Lastly, remove the silicone cover on the top and bottom part of the new Pod, and slide it into the empty Device. Once you feel it click into place, you are ready to use the Device.
How do I turn on my NIXX device?
Due to our power saving technology, no buttons are required to turn on your Device. Simply inhale from the Pod mouthpiece, and enjoy our refreshing flavors!
Do I have to clean the NIXX device?
Our Devices are easy to maintain. To clean the inside of the Device, simply use a dry or slightly moistened cotton bud inside the Pod contacts of the device. For the exterior, you can use a dry or slightly moistened towel to wipe down the textured handle. Do not submerge your Device in water. This will void your Warranty, and are not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of this.
What does the LED light do?
The LED light serves 3 main functions. When smoking, the LED light will gradually glow and fade 3 times to let you know that the Device is working. While charging, the light will remain on. Lastly, for short circuit protection during charging, the light will turn off and quickly flash 3 times.
What is the best way to store the NIXX device?
When not in use, avoid storing NIXX Devices for more than two weeks on an empty charge. It is best to charge the Device entirely and remove the NIXX Pod before storing. Make sure to always keep the Device out of reach of children and pets.
How do I dispose of a NIXX Device?
Our devices are designed to be reliable, and are intended to last beyond the given warranty period. However, if the device is to be disposed of, please handle it with caution by recycling it like a consumer electronic device.
What is in the e-liquid of a NIXX Pod?
Our e-liquid contains 3% nicotine, propylene glycol, glycerol, and flavorings. At NIXX, we only use the highest quality ingredients, which also comply with current FDA regulations.
